Bonus Description - Add a proper description to the bonus
Bonus type - Select Bounty
Trigger
Select: Recurring (bounty bonuses currently needs to be completed and rewarded according to a specified timeframe)
Interval
Controls how often a bonus is rewarded to a player, available options are:
- Hourly
- Daily
- Weekly
- Monthly
Auto Approve Threshold
Rewards with an amount below this threshold will be automatically approved and rewarded to players
Auto Claim
- Controls whether the player needs to claim the reward from the rewards page or if the funds are automatically added to the player's balance. (needs to be enabled until the new rewards page is deployed)
Reward duration (days)
- Number of days the award is claimable by the player
Payout Multiplier - Specifies the multiplier the player needs to wager to fulfill the bonus requirement and receive the reward.
Amount Threshold
- Minimal reward amount that will be paid out to the player.
Amount Cap
- Maximum reward amount that can be paid out to the player.
Gross Game Revenue Cap
Cashback is limited to a maximum payout based on the player's Gross Gaming Revenue (GGR). Players are not eligible for any cashback if their winnings are greater than their losses.
Report approved Rewards
The report approved rewards feature sends events to customer.io when a bonus reward is approved (given to the player). This enables you to trigger campaigns / notifications when a bonus is rewarded to the player.
Categories Tab
Under the Categories tab you can select games categories to include or exclude in the bonus reward calculation. The categories can be defined under the content section in backoffice.
You can include or exclude multiple game categories from the bonus.

Games Tab
Under the Games tab you can specify games that should be excluded or included in the bonus reward calculation. All games are included by default.
Segments
Under the segments you can configure segments that are targeted with the reward. The currently supported segments are data-drivencustomer.io segments.
Multiple segments can be targeted by a bonus, be cautious when configuring the segments in customer.io
