Free Spins

To manually assign freespins, you can create a Free Bet Bonus in St8’s Backoffice:

If you don’t yet have access, you can request it directly through Intercom.

To create a Freespin bonus in st8’s backoffice, navigate to bonuses and click the create bonus button.

In the Create Bonus form:

1. Select a bonus name

2. Choose Offer Type: Free Bets

3. Select your Site

4. Select the Game

5. Select Offer - this is the bet amount per spin (Important to choose USD!)

6. Enter the count (number of freespins)

7. Enter the St8 id’s of the players you want to give freepins to. See information below on where to find the st8 ids.

8. Select the duration and start date. This controls the period the offer is claimable by the player.

To assign freespins to a player, you must identify them using their St8 ID.

The St8 ID is a combination of the player’s External ID and Bankroll ID, separated by a semicolon (:).

Example:

externalId:bankrollId

There are several ways to find or export a player’s St8 ID in Customer.io.

You can find the player’s St8 ID as an attribute directly on their profile in Customer.io.

You can export all players’ St8 IDs by performing a People Export in Customer.io.

Choose All Attributes or select specific attributes as needed.

When exporting a segment, Customer.io includes each player’s St8 ID in the exported file.
