A new deposit option, Deposit via bank transfer, is available through the Buy Crypto flow in the cashier deposit view. This feature allows operators to offer bank transfer deposits to their users, expanding fiat on-ramp options within the platform.

The bank transfer deposit option is activated on the platform side. Operators who wish to enable this feature on their site must open a support ticket via Intercom in the Back Office. Once requested, the option will be enabled for the site.

Users can access the bank transfer option by selecting Buy Crypto in the cashier deposit view. As part of the flow, users are required to complete a KYC process before proceeding.

The bank transfer deposit option is available only to users from supported countries.
