This article explains the process for setting up, provisioning, and funding a user account through the Backoffice.
Purpose of Provisioned Accounts
Provisioned account balances are used for specific account types that require controlled balance management through the incentive wallet system.
Common use cases include:
Streamer accounts
Test accounts
Promotional or campaign accounts, etc
If you are looking to set up or manage one of these account types, this guide will walk you through the provisioning and funding process.
Provision Balance & Account Setup
Please note the following important guidelines regarding account provisioning:
Any account that needs to be added must not have an account balance created.
If an account shows a $0.00 balance, it means the account balance has already been initialized, and such accounts cannot be added to the provisioning list.
Recommended Approach
Once a user creates a new account, immediately block access to the account to prevent opening the cashier.
This ensures that the account balance is not accidentally created.
For Existing Accounts
If the account already has a balance, including $0.00, ask the user to create a new account. Temporarily block the new account after creation so it can be safely added to the provisioning list.
Please follow this process carefully to avoid provisioning issues.
Step 1: Ask the User to Create an Account
Ask the user to create a player account.
Important: The user should not click on anything or open the cashier after creating the account.
Step 2: Request to add account in Provisional Balance List
Once the account has been created, create a ticket through the Back Office and provide the account ID to request adding the account to the provisional balance list.
Step 3: Fund the Account
After the account has been provisioned, go to the player account in the Backoffice. You will see a Provisioned tag on the account for confirmation. If this tag is visible, it means the account has been successfully provisioned.
Click on the player balance to open the account balance management interface.
From there, use Fund Balance to deposit funds into the user account.
The funds will be transferred from the incentive wallet to the user account balance.
The funding transaction can also be viewed under the Incentive Wallet in the Backoffice if you want to confirm that the transaction was processed successfully.
Step 4: Managing Funds
The user account balance management interface provides the following options:
Fund Balance
Sends funds from the incentive wallet to the user account balance.
Reclaim Balance
Removes the funded amount from the user account balance and sends it back to the incentive wallet.
Reset to Funded
Resets the provisioned account balance back to the original funded amount.
Any winnings above the funded amount are sent back to the bankroll.
Reclaim Losses
If the user account balance becomes lower than the funded amount, you can use Reclaim Losses to reclaim the difference between the Funded Amount and the current Account Balance from the bankroll back to the incentive wallet.
This action will also subtract the reclaimed amount from the Funded Amount on the provisioned account balance.
Important Notes
Funds added to a user account are eligible to be refunded to the incentive wallet using the balance management interface.
Funds are not automatically returned when the user logs out. Any reclaiming or resetting must be handled manually from the Backoffice.
