Based on the thresholds configured for manual approvals rewards will be displayed under the rewards section as unverified.
Incentive Wallet Balance:
Shows the total current balance in your incentive wallet used for paying out rewards
Incentive Risk:
Shows the total amount that would be paid out if all rewards are approved.
Reward Statuses (tabs):
Unverified: Awaiting Manual admin approval
Active: Reward awarded through external system (such as st8 free spins) but not claimed
Claimed: Rewards that was claimed (paid out) to players account
Closed: Rejected or expired rewards
Filters
You can filter the list of unverified bonus rewards by:
* Bonus
* Account Id - players account Id
Reward List Fields
The values in the table reflect the players gameplay during the last bonus period.
Status: The rewards current status
Created at: The time the bonus reward was created
Account: The player account that will be rewarded
Amount: Bonus amount to be paid out (rewarded)
GGR: the players bet-win during the reward period
Risk: an indication of the player risk level for paying out rewards
Pot. Risk: The potential risk - if all unapproved/pending rewards are paid out to the player
Verification: Shows additional data regarding the players

Reward Approval
You can mark one or multiple bonus awards for approval or rejection by selecting them using the check box to the left and clicking the approve or reject buttons.
You can also export the reward lists as a CSV.
