Tiers can be managed from the tiers page under the incentive category in backoffice.
To create a New tier click the create button on the Tier Page.
You can also edit the existing tiers by clicking on the tiers name.
Creating a Tier
Tiers can be based on the players aggregated deposit value or the players total wagering.
When creating a tier it is important to set the first tiers deposit/wagering value to 0 to have a base tier for new joiners.
Ensure the deposit or Wagering Requirements are properly configured as there is no validation in place. A player will move to the next tier as the configured requirement is hit.
Tiers form
Name - Select an appropriate name for your tier.
Description - ad a proper description describing your tier
External ID (will be used to map the tier to external systems such as Smartico
Segment - Customer.io and internal segments can be selected, If a segment is selected the players within the segment will jump directly to the selected Tier.
Ordinal - The order of the tier, will ensure the tier is rendered in the correct order in frontend.
Deposit Requirement - The total deposit amount required to enter the tier.
Wagering Requirement - The total amount wagered required to enter the tier
Enabled toggle.
Finding a players current Tier
Under the players account page you can find the current tier assigned to the player.
Connecting a Tier to a Bonus
Tiers can be connected to cashback, rakeback and bounty bonuses.
On the edit/create bonus page you will find the Tiers tab.
Select and connect the tiers you want to enable for your bonus.
You can override the multiplier of the bonus in the multiplier field, this overrides the cashback, rakeback and bounty percentage for the players within the selected tier.
By clicking at the member count in the list you can see a list of all members and their progression within the selected tier:
After connecting the tiers to the selected bonus, you can view the Multiplier overrides by hovering the orange override box on the bonus configuration page:
