This article explains how withdrawal limits work, how they are calculated, and where operators can view a player’s current withdrawal limit.
Overview
The withdrawal limit is calculated using two components:
A Base Withdrawal Limit
The player’s positive net deposits
By default, all players have a Base Withdrawal Limit of USD 10,000 per sliding 24-hour window.
Positive net deposits can increase the player’s withdrawal limit. However, the net deposit portion is capped at USD 50,000 per sliding 24-hour window.
With the default Base Withdrawal Limit of USD 10,000, the maximum total withdrawal limit is USD 60,000 per sliding 24-hour window.
Important Configuration Points
Item | Explanation |
Base Withdrawal Limit | USD 10,000 is applicable for all players by default. |
Customisation | The Base Withdrawal Limit can be customised for specific players. |
Net Deposit Withdrawal Limit | The net deposit portion is capped at USD 50,000 per sliding 24-hour window. |
Maximum Default Total | With the standard USD 10,000 Base Withdrawal Limit, the maximum total withdrawal limit is USD 60,000 per sliding 24-hour window. If the Base Withdrawal Limit is customised, the maximum total changes accordingly. |
If you want to customise the Base Withdrawal Limit for specific players, please raise a ticket and our team will reach out to discuss it with you.
Operators can find a report containing each player’s current withdrawal limit in the Balance Snapshot report, found in the Intelligence Hub under the Player section.
How the Withdrawal Limit Works
The withdrawal limit is based on:
The Base Withdrawal Limit, which is USD 10,000 by default.
The player’s positive net deposits, capped by the Net Deposit Withdrawal Limit of USD 50,000.
This means a player can always withdraw up to the Base Withdrawal Limit within a sliding 24-hour window, even if the player has no positive net deposits.
If the player has deposited more than they have withdrawn historically, the positive net deposit amount can increase the withdrawal limit. However, only the net deposit portion is capped at USD 50,000. The Base Withdrawal Limit is added on top of that.
With the default settings, this means a player can withdraw up to USD 60,000 per sliding 24-hour window:
USD 10,000 Base Withdrawal Limit + USD 50,000 Net Deposit Withdrawal Limit.
Formula
Withdrawal limit = Base Withdrawal Limit + min(Net Deposit Withdrawal Limit, max(0, lifetime deposits - lifetime withdrawals))
Using the standard default values:
Withdrawal limit = 10,000 + min(50,000, max(0, lifetime deposits - lifetime withdrawals))
In simple terms, the platform starts with the Base Withdrawal Limit, adds the positive net deposit balance, but caps the net deposit portion at USD 50,000.
Key Definitions
Term | Meaning |
Base Withdrawal Limit | USD 10,000 per sliding 24-hour window by default. This can be customised for specific players. |
Net Deposits | Lifetime deposits minus lifetime withdrawals. |
Positive Net Deposits | Only positive net deposits increase the withdrawal limit. Negative net deposits do not reduce the Base Withdrawal Limit. |
Net Deposit Withdrawal Limit | The maximum additional withdrawal capacity created by positive net deposits. This portion is capped at USD 50,000 by default. |
Maximum Default Total | USD 60,000 per sliding 24-hour window, calculated as USD 10,000 base + USD 50,000 net deposit portion. |
Sliding 24-Hour Window | The system does not use calendar days. It looks back at the last 24 hours from the current moment. |
Examples
Example 1: No previous deposits or withdrawals
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 0 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 0) = 10,000 | The player can withdraw USD 10,000. |
Example 2: Player deposits USD 5,000
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 5,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 5,000) = 15,000 | The player can withdraw USD 15,000. |
Example 3: Player already has USD 5,000 in net deposits
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 20,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 5,000) = 15,000 | The player can withdraw USD 15,000. |
Example 4: Player deposits USD 60,000
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 60,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 60,000) = 60,000 | The player can withdraw USD 60,000. The net deposit portion is capped at USD 50,000, and the USD 10,000 base is added on top. |
Example 5: Player has USD 70,000 in net deposits
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 150,000 | Day 1: 10,000 + min(50,000, 70,000) = 60,000 | The player can withdraw USD 60,000 first, then USD 20,000 in the next 24-hour window. |
Example 6: Player has negative net deposits
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 5,000 | Negative net deposits are treated as 0 for this calculation. | The player can still withdraw USD 10,000. |
Example 7: Player deposited USD 20,000 and withdrew USD 5,000
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 20,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 15,000) = 25,000 | The player can withdraw USD 25,000. |
Example 8: Player deposited USD 100,000 and withdrew USD 70,000
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 100,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 30,000) = 40,000 | The player can withdraw USD 40,000. |
Example 9: Player deposited USD 100,000 and withdrew USD 40,000
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Lifetime deposits: USD 100,000 | 10,000 + min(50,000, 60,000) = 60,000 | The player can withdraw USD 60,000. The USD 50,000 cap applies only to the net deposit portion, not to the total withdrawal limit. |
Example 10: Player has already used part of the 24-hour limit
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Net deposits: USD 20,000 | 30,000 - 12,000 = 18,000 | The player can still withdraw USD 18,000. When previous withdrawals fall outside the sliding 24-hour window, the corresponding limit becomes available again. |
Example 11: Player deposits more after withdrawing
Player Situation | Calculation | Result |
Starting net deposits: USD 0 | New limit: 10,000 + min(50,000, 5,000) = 15,000 | The player can withdraw an additional USD 5,000. |
