💰 Incentive Wallets in Back Office
Managing your Incentive Wallet and Bonus costs is now easier than ever with new tools added to the Back Office.
Incentive wallets and balances are now visible, allowing you to keep track of available funds at all times.
You can set a low balance threshold to receive alerts when your wallet drops below a certain amount.
A new Incentive Transaction List lets you view and monitor both completed and pending reward transactions.
The new Deposit Modal simplifies the process of topping up your incentive wallet.
⚙️ Incentive Transaction Handling
We’ve enhanced how reward transactions are processed to ensure smooth and accurate payouts.
The system now checks available funds before processing rewards.
If funds are insufficient, transactions automatically enter a FIFO (first in, first out) queue to prevent failures.
Free spins are prioritized when funds become available to avoid interruptions in gameplay.
Please note that larger payouts may temporarily delay smaller ones until sufficient funds are available, so make sure to keep your wallet funded at all times.

🔒 Withdrawal Address Validation
We’ve added server-side validation for withdrawal addresses to prevent user errors and improve transaction reliability.
The system now automatically checks for unsupported or mistyped wallet addresses before a withdrawal is processed.
This ensures a smoother, more secure experience and reduces the risk of failed or lost transactions.
