A new update has been released that allows Operators to directly select from the new set of category icons inside the Back Office.
No additional setup is required — you can now manage and update your category visuals on your own, quickly and easily.
📊 Introducing Intelligence Hub: Your New Analytics Environment
We are thrilled to introduce the first version of Intelligence Hub, your dedicated analytics environment created to help you explore, analyze, and understand your site’s performance more effectively.
🔐 Access
Each Operator will receive access to one Intelligence Hub account, providing a centralized space for analytics.
If you do not yet have access, you can request it by submitting an Intercom Ticket under the “Access Request” category in the Back Office.
📦 First Report Package
To help you get started, we’ve prepared the First Report Package, a curated collection of essential daily-use reports. These cover key areas such as:

These reports help you track performance, spot trends early, explore user segments, locate specific transactions, and take fast, informed action.
