Back Office Update: Accounts and Entry Wallets

Date: 2025/11/25

Updated over a week ago

We have introduced several improvements across the Back Office to make deposit handling, wallet verification, and account visibility clearer and easier for operators.

Below is a full overview of what has changed.

πŸ’° Accounts

More complete deposit flow

The deposit process has been updated so it now supports every possible route.

  • When you click Deposit on any balance, you will see a dropdown with all supported token and network combinations for that specific account balance.

  • This helps you select the exact token and network the player wants to use, in one place.

Clearer account status

  • You can now clearly see when a player does not have a balance yet.

  • This is the case when there are no game transactions on the account, so you can quickly understand if the account has been used in games or not.

Automatic Entry Wallet creation

  • When you select a token to deposit, the system generates an Entry Wallet for that player for that specific token.

  • This ensures the player always has the correct wallet ready before sending funds.

πŸ‘œ Entry Wallets

A new section has been added in the Back Office to give you better visibility and control over Entry Wallets for the whole site.

πŸ†• New Entry Wallets page

  • This page lists Entry Wallets for the entire site in one convenient list.

  • It includes both Deposit wallets and Withdrawal addresses, with a focus on Deposit wallets by default.

Deposit wallets

  • Deposit wallets are where players send their funds.

  • All casino funds from players enter the casino through these deposit wallets.

πŸ” Using Entry Wallets to troubleshoot deposit issues

If a player has a problem with a deposit, the Entry Wallets page helps you validate the situation quickly.

  • You can search for the deposit address in this view and see right away if

    • the address is present in the system, or

    • the address was entered incorrectly by the player.

  • You can see which token the address was generated for.

    • If a player deposited a different token to that address, the deposit can potentially be refunded, following the refund terms such as minimum 50 dollars and other conditions.

  • You can also see which account the address was generated for, so you can confirm that the funds belong to the correct player.

This saves time when investigating deposit tickets and reduces back and forth with the player.

πŸ’Έ Withdrawal addresses

  • There is also one withdrawal address per account.

  • These withdrawal addresses are on Etherlink and act as the base address from which a withdrawal is sent on chain.

  • From there, they branch out to other addresses depending on the withdrawal method.

  • Because of this branching logic, these withdrawal addresses are not very useful for site operators at the moment.

  • For that reason, the Entry Wallets list view defaults to Deposit addresses.

πŸ“„ Entry Wallet details page

When you click an Entry Wallet ID in the list, you are taken to the Entry Wallet details page.

From there you can

  • View more information about the Entry Wallet.

  • Directly deposit to deposit addresses.

  • Use the additional details to help with troubleshooting and support.

Only Entry Wallet addresses that have actually been created appear in the list.
These are addresses that have been generated and viewed in the deposit or withdrawal modal or through the Back Office.
