The Segments page allows you to view and manage all segments, including those synchronized from Customer.io and any internal segments.Key Information Displayed
For each segment, you can see:
The total number of players currently in the segment.
The date and time the segment was last refreshed.
Segments synchronized from Customer.io are added and updated automatically.
Managing Segment Members
To view the players within a specific segment, click on the segment name.
This view shows all current members and the date they joined the segment.
Manually Adding Players to a Segment
You can manually add individual players to any segment:
Click the Add Segment Member button.
In the form, enter the player's unique account ID(s), separating multiple IDs with a comma (e.g., 12345,67890,11223).
