Segments Page

The Segments page allows you to view and manage all segments, including those synchronized from Customer.io and any internal segments.Key Information Displayed

For each segment, you can see:

  • The total number of players currently in the segment.

  • The date and time the segment was last refreshed.

Segments synchronized from Customer.io are added and updated automatically.


Managing Segment Members

To view the players within a specific segment, click on the segment name.

This view shows all current members and the date they joined the segment.


Manually Adding Players to a Segment

You can manually add individual players to any segment:

  1. Click the Add Segment Member button.

  2. In the form, enter the player's unique account ID(s), separating multiple IDs with a comma (e.g., 12345,67890,11223).

3. The player account IDs can be found on the Accounts page (PAM).
