To keep all game enablement and disablement requests organized, traceable, and properly approved, all requests must be managed through the shared Game Enablement Tracker.
The tracker (sheet) serves as the central place for submitting requests, monitoring progress, confirming platform enablement, and completing MiM verification before a game is made available to players.
How the Process Works
Whenever you want a new game to be added or enabled on your platform, you should first add the request to the Games Tracker Sheet.
For each new request, you only need to complete the first three columns of the sheet. These columns contain the information required for us to identify and process the game correctly.
This normally includes:
Game Name
Provider
Game Code
Please make sure the information entered is accurate, especially the game code and provider, as these details are used to identify the correct game on the platform.
Step 1: Submit the Game Request
Add the games you want enabled to the sheet and complete the first three required columns. Each game should have its own entry so that its status can be tracked individually.
Once the request has been added, no further action is required from your side until the platform enablement and approval steps are completed.
Step 2: Platform Enablement
After the request has been submitted, our team will review it and handle the Platform Enablement step.
Once the game has been enabled at the platform level, the relevant checkbox or status in the tracker will be updated.
This does not yet mean that the game should be enabled for players.
Step 3: MiM Verification and Approval
After platform enablement is completed, the game will be reviewed and verified by the MiM group.
The MiM team will review the game and determine whether it can safely be made available on the platform.
If the game is approved, it will be marked with a ✔ / MiM Approved status in the tracker. Once this approval is received, the game can proceed to the final enablement step.
If MiM does not approve the game, it will be marked with an ❌ in the tracker.
A game marked with an ❌ must not be enabled in Back Office.
MiM may reject a game due to factors such as high exposure, unacceptable risk, or other game-specific risk considerations identified during the review.
The MiM approval status therefore determines whether a game can proceed:
✔ MiM Approved = Game can be enabled
❌ MiM Not Approved = Game cannot be enabled
Only games that have received MiM approval should proceed to the final enablement step.
Step 4: Enable the Game in Back Office
Once the game is marked as MiM Approved ✔, you can enable it from your side through the Back Office.
The correct process is:
Request Submitted → Platform Enabled → MiM Verified → MiM Approved ✔ → Enabled in Back Office
If the game receives an ❌ from MiM, the process stops and the game must remain disabled.
The tracker will contain checkboxes or status columns for each of these steps. As each stage is completed, the corresponding status will be updated so that everyone can easily see where each request currently stands.
